Dear DIAMWMW Marketplace Vendor:
We cordially invite you to participate as a vendor at the 39th Annual Denver Interdenominational Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows (DIAMWMW) Leadership Conference. The Leadership conference will be Saturday, March 16, 2024, 9:30AM - 12:30PM at the Lowry Event Center located at 1061 Akron Way | Denver, CO | 80230.
Doors open at 8am for vendors to set up and close at 1:00pm for dismantle/end cleanup. Vendors need to be set up by 9:00 am in order to be prepared for our guests. Vendors will receive a complimentary breakfast.
The vendor fee is $125.00, space will be limited to 12 vendors. Tables are assigned on a first come basis. In addition, we look forward to your continued support to DIAMWMW by donating a gift, valued at $20.00 to $35.00 for door prizes and promoting your business.
The deadline to return your signed vendor contract form and pay vendor fees is Saturday, March 2, 2024. All confirmed vendors will be notified via email or telephone. Your tax-exempt donation is greatly appreciated as your company/organization will be recognized for your generosity with acknowledgement during the event program.
