Dear Marketplace Vendor.
We cordially invite you to participate as a vendor at the 42nd Annual Denver Interdenominational Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows (DIAMWMW) Leadership Conference. The conference and brunch will be Saturday, March 1st at 9:00am Doors open at 7:30am for vendors to set up and closing at 1:00pm for dismantle/end cleanup.
The vendor fee is $100.00, space will be limited to 12 vendors. Tables are assigned on a first come basis. In addition, we look forward to your continued support to DIAMWMW by donating a gift, valued at $20.00 to $35.00 for door prizes to be distributed during the event.
The deadline to return your signed vendor contract form and pay vendor fees is Saturday, February 22nd at 11:59pm. All confirmed vendors will be notified via email or telephone. Your tax-exempt donation is greatly appreciated as your company/organization will be recognized for your generosity with acknowledgement during the event program.
